1. General Information
The online store adapwork.com sells Adapwork brand products to individuals and legal entities. By using the website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
A purchase agreement between the Adapwork store and the Buyer is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer receives an electronic order confirmation from the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of stock unavailability or technical errors in pricing.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are listed in the currency corresponding to the selected region.
- For customers from Ukraine: Prices include all taxes provided by law.
- For customers from other countries: Taxes and fees are calculated in accordance with the laws of the Buyer's country.
4. Product Assembly and Operation
- Assembly: All products are delivered disassembled. Product assembly is carried out by the Buyer independently according to the attached instructions (unless otherwise specified).
- Electrical Safety: Adjustable desks are electrical appliances. Adjustable desks must be connected to a functional power grid with grounding in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The Seller is not responsible for damage to electronics caused by power surges or the use of faulty outlets.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Adapwork store is not responsible for:
- damage resulting from incorrect assembly or the use of inappropriate tools;
- violations of operating rules (for example, exceeding the weight capacity for a desk or chair);
- use of products for purposes other than those intended;
- indirect losses or lost profits of the Buyer.
6. Privacy and Personal Data
By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data to ensure delivery and fulfillment of the terms of the contract in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements (for EU residents).
7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The laws of Ukraine apply to these Terms.
For consumers from other countries, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence also apply.
All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in court according to current legislation.
