Return Policy
1. General Provisions
This Policy defines the terms and conditions for returning Adapwork brand products in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
2. Right of Return
At Adapwork, we strive to ensure your workspace is perfect. Therefore, you have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of physical receipt. A return request must be submitted via this form within 14 days of receiving the item.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must meet the following criteria:
- No signs of use: The product has not been used.
- Original condition: The integrity of chair upholstery and tabletop surfaces is preserved, with no signs of assembly.
- No damage: No scratches, chips, stains, or mechanical defects.
- Complete set: All screws, instructions, and original packaging must be included.
4. Return of Large Items
- The cost of return shipping for chairs and adjustable desks is covered by the customer.
- Given the dimensions, we recommend using the same courier service that handled the original delivery.
- For international customers: The buyer is also responsible for any customs duties or fees associated with returning the product to Ukraine.
5. Accessories and Electronics
Accessories and individual electronic components are eligible for return only if they show no signs of installation and the packaging remains intact.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after the product is received at our warehouse and its condition is verified. Adapwork reserves the right to refuse a refund if the return shipment is dispatched after the 14-day period or if the item is lost during return transit.
