Warranty policy

1. General Conditions

We are confident in the quality of Adapwork products, which is why all primary items (chairs and desks) come with a full 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty by Category

  • Ergonomic Chairs: The warranty covers the steel frame/structure, tilt and rocking mechanisms, and the gas lift.
  • Adjustable Desks: The warranty covers electric motors, control units (controllers), and the steel frame.
  • Accessories: 12-month warranty.

3. What is Not Covered (Exclusions)

We will be unable to provide free repair or replacement in the following cases:

  • Natural Wear and Tear: Changes in the shape of soft elements (foam), stretching of upholstery, or wear of casters during normal operation.
  • Overloading: Damage caused by exceeding the maximum weight capacity (as specified in the technical characteristics).
  • Assembly Errors: Damage resulting from incorrect self-assembly.
  • Power Grid Issues: Electronics failure due to voltage surges (we strongly recommend using surge protectors).
  • Modifications: Unauthorized structural changes or interference with the internal mechanisms.

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

If something goes wrong, don't worry—we've got your back. Please contact our support team and provide:

  1. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  2. Photo or video of the issue (this significantly speeds up the review process).
  3. A description of the problem.

5. Resolution Procedure

We aim to resolve the issue in the most convenient way for you:

  • Part Replacement: If a specific component fails (e.g., a gas lift or power supply), we will ship a new part for replacement free of charge.
  • Repair: If the defect requires professional intervention.
  • Exchange/Return: In the event of a significant defect that cannot be rectified.
