Delivery Policy

1. General Provisions

This Policy governs the terms and conditions for the delivery of goods purchased from the ADAPWORK online store (adapwork.com). Delivery is carried out within the territory of Ukraine. We strive to ensure the fastest and safest delivery of your order.

2. Product Categories and Packaging

We specialize in the sale of:

  • Ergonomic computer chairs;
  • Height-adjustable desks;
  • Accessories for workspace organization.

Large-sized items are delivered disassembled in the manufacturer's original packaging. This ensures reliable transportation and reduces logistics costs for the buyer.

3. Delivery Across Ukraine

  • Timeframe: From 2 to 7 working days (depending on the region and stock availability).
  • Methods: Delivery in Kyiv and the surrounding region is handled by our own logistics service. Delivery to the rest of Ukraine is carried out by the logistics company Nova Poshta — to a cargo branch or via courier to a specific address.
  • Cost: Delivery is provided free of charge.

4. Order Tracking

After the order is handed over to the logistics service, the buyer receives a unique waybill number (tracking number) via email or messenger. Using this number, you can track the movement of your order on the carrier's website or mobile app in real-time.

5. Returns Policy

  • Goods of proper quality: The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days, provided they have not been used and their commercial appearance is preserved.
  • Goods of improper quality: In the event of a manufacturing defect, the terms of return or replacement are discussed individually, and transportation costs may be covered by the store.

6. Acceptance of Goods and Transfer of Risk

  • The responsibility for the integrity of the goods passes to the buyer at the moment of signing the receipt document from the courier or at the delivery service branch.
  • Important: We strongly recommend checking the integrity of the packaging and the condition of the goods immediately upon receipt. If damage is found, be sure to document it with a representative of the delivery service (create a damage report/act).

7. Force Majeure

ADAPWORK makes every effort to meet delivery deadlines. However, deadlines may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control:

  • Logistics restrictions caused by martial law;
  • Severe weather conditions or strikes by transport services.

We will notify you in advance of any significant delays.
